MS9601是一款HDMI 3进1出切换器. 符合HDM1.4标准.具有TMDS输入均衡和输出低抖动的特点,可在单芯片解决方案中提供TMDS(每端口4通道) DDC(SCLSDA)和HPD的HDMl全链路切换 .简化多个HDMI输入端口应用场景下的系统级设计。

MS9601提供3路HDM輸入端口和1路HDMI输出端口.芯片从3路输入信号中选择1路,产生全兼容HDM信号输出。输入信号切换机制有手动和自动两种:手动切换通过12C指令读写寄存器实现,自动切换通过芯片内部集成的检测及切换电路实现,两种机制可同时有效。当某1路输入信号被选择输出后,该路的TMDS输入通过3选1多路复用器连接到输出端口的TMDS通道.所选输入端口的DDC接口连接到输出端口的DDC接口.所选输入端口的HPD信号状态与输出端口HPD信号状态保持-致。未使用的输入端口TMDS输入与TMDS输出断接, DDC通道隔离以及HPD输出保持低电平每个TMDS通道信号支持高达3Gbps的速率。

HDMI接收器終端集成502上拉电阻(上拉至电源VDD33) ,同时输出端口的反向端接也保证了信号的完整性。可以通过12C接口对客存器进行编程来调整输入均衡器参数及输出驱动能力。在I2C控制模式下.可以设置高级配置.使用更多系统功能,并读取芯片内部状态。此

MS9601 is an HDMI 3 in 1 out switcher.  Complies with HDM1.4 standard.  It has the characteristics of TMDS input equalization and low jitter output, and can provide FULL HDMl switching between TMDS(4 channels per port) DDC(SCLSDA) and HPD in a single chip solution.  Simplify system-level design for multiple HDMI input ports.  

The MS9601 provides three HDM input ports and one HDMI output port.  The chip selects one of the three input signals to generate a fully compatible HDM signal output.  Input signal switching mechanism has manual and automatic two kinds: manual switching through 12C instruction to read and write registers, automatic switching through the chip integrated detection and switching circuit, the two mechanisms can be effective at the same time.  When a 1 input signal is selected for output, the TMDS input of the 1 input signal is connected to the TMDS channel of the output port through the 3 choose 1 multiplexer.  The DDC interface of the selected input port connects to the DDC interface of the output port.  The HPD signal status of the selected input port is the same as the HPD signal status of the output port.  Unused input port TMDS input is disconnected from TMDS output, DDC channel isolation and HPD output is kept low each TMDS channel signal supports rates up to 3Gbps.  

The HDMI receiver terminal integrates the 502 pull-up resistor (pull-up to the power supply VDD33), while the reverse connection of the output port also ensures signal integrity.  The input equalizer parameters and output drive capability can be adjusted by programming the guest memory through 12C interface.  In I2C control mode.  Advanced configurations can be set.  Use more system functions and read chip internal state.  this  

Two optional I2C addresses facilitate multi-chip applications.  

MS9601 has two internal voltage regulators.  Providing all the necessary power supply for proper chip operation, together with in-and-side-band switches and internal pull-up and pull-down resistors, significantly reduces board area and BOM costs.  At the same time, the low power operation eliminates the dependence on external power sources in most applications and improves the convenience of use.
