1. 无法登录github 账户

错误提示如下：

We encountered an issue while adding your GitHub account.

Exception Type: GitHubSignInException.

Inner Exception: StreamJsonRpc.RemoteInvocationException.

Error Message: The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.

1. 登录GitHub账户后，无法使用copilot情况

如果出现不能正常使用的情况，比如正常登录后无法激活，或者已激活显示disabled，需要注意一下自己的github账号是否被flag过

（曾经和别人拼车过copilot企业版或者在已毕业情况下申请过学生免费版copilot）

解决方案：重新申请新的GitHub 账户
