起因：

给我儿子买了一台便宜的电脑 Dell Inspiron 15， 内存 16GB, CPU i5-1235U，集成显卡，OS: Windows 11 Home 23h2

用两天说卡 ， 这配置不至于，我还用它玩 文明5 挺快的。

检查过程：

        故障重现：

  1. 在 Chrome 打开的 Claude 界面里，移动鼠标光标会消失，停顿半秒才出现。
  2. 在 VS code 里也是一样，随便打开一个文件， 都有上面问题。
  3. Notepad++ 打开 Code 文件，没有卡顿。 只有心理作用。
  4. 在浏览器播放视频时，如里另一个屏幕有浏览器在使用 Claude， 声音与视频会有短暂卡顿

解决过程：

1. 鼠标驱动

最先想到的是它，我换另一个鼠标也是一样问题。看到 Device Manager， MS LOGs 都没有报错。到 LogiTech 看看有没有驱动，只找到 接收器 的 Firmware，升级再说。

鼠标不是问题来源。

2. Chrome 设置

看到 Chrome 浏览器内存，动不动就几个 GB 占用内存，就想着是不是它问题（VS code当时还没发现也有问题）

在 Chrome 性能设置里，没什么可以点的。

版本已经是最新

都没用！

3. BIOS 设置

DELL 这 BIOS 与我上一台不一样，几乎没什么可以变的地方

我的老 Laptop 是这样的：

但新的是：

  1. 没有 iGUP Memory 设置
  2. 没有 HT (超线程)设置
  3. 没有 Virtualization 设置
  4. 反正就是什么都没有
  5.  DELL 也没有 BIOS 升级包

4.  CPU / Chipset / iGPU

这个在 DELL 网站上也没有。只能在 Intel 下载。
